About the role

Join Rogo’s Forward Deployed team to guide top financial institutions on applying AI to their daily workflows and long‑term strategy. You will lead full‑cycle client engagements, building consultative relationships and tailoring demos that resonate with investors and deal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with bankers and investors to understand workflow challenges and demonstrate Rogo’s AI solutions.
• Lead product demonstrations tailored to various financial firms, validating use‑case relevance.
• Partner with marketing to create content that resonates with bankers/investors.
• Act as the “Voice of the Customer,” feeding insights to sales and product teams.
• Conduct research and analysis on customers and competitors to strengthen market perception.

Required profile

• 3+ years experience in corporate or commercial banking (front‑office).
• Outstanding project management and communication skills; highly organized and detail‑oriented.
• Action‑oriented mindset with a blend of creative problem‑solving and scrappiness.

Required skills

• LLM knowledge (e.g., understanding of transformer models).
• Experience applying AI solutions in finance.
