About the role

Join Rogo's Forward Deployed team to guide top financial institutions on applying AI to their daily workflows and long‑term strategy. You will lead full‑cycle client engagements, building consultative relationships and tailoring demos that resonate with investors and deal teams.

Key responsibilities

  • Engage with bankers and investors to understand workflow challenges and demonstrate Rogo's AI solutions.
  • Lead product demonstrations tailored to various financial firms, validating value and showcasing relevant features.
  • Partner with marketing to develop content for bankers/investors and act as the Voice of the Customer for sales and product teams.
  • Conduct research and analysis on customers and competitors to further Rogo's market perception.

Required profile

  • 3+ years of front‑office experience at a large asset manager.
  • Executive engagement skills with the ability to build credibility at all decision‑maker levels.
  • Outstanding presentation abilities, both impromptu and formal.
  • Curiosity about AI's potential to transform financial services and prior sales or client‑facing experience.
