About the role
Taco Bell is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join its restaurant team in Odessa, TX. As a Food Champion you will deliver fast, fun, and friendly service while learning and growing within the largest restaurant company in the world.
Key responsibilities
- Interact with customers: receive orders, process sales, handle money and resolve issues.
- Prepare menu items, maintain product quality and monitor service equipment.
- Keep the work environment clean and safe according to Labor Board, OSHA and company standards.
- Unload, stock and maintain required inventory levels.
- Support champion recognition and motivation initiatives.
Required profile
- At least 16 years old with reliable transportation.
- Strong communication, leadership and organizational abilities.
- Physical ability to lift up to 45 lb and perform repetitive tasks.
- Dependable attendance, punctuality and basic math skills for cash handling.
- Willingness to learn, team‑player attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction.
