About the role
Taco Bell is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join the team as Service Champions in Odessa, TX. You will deliver fast, fun, and friendly service while learning the fundamentals of restaurant operations.
Key responsibilities
- Interact with customers, take orders, process sales, and handle cash transactions.
- Prepare food items, maintain product quality, and monitor service equipment.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in line with Labor Board, OSHA, and company standards.
- Unload, stock, and keep inventory levels at required amounts.
Required profile
- At least 16 years old with reliable transportation.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational abilities.
- Physical ability to lift up to 45 lb and move items as needed.
- Excellent attendance, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to learn, team‑player attitude, and commitment to customer satisfaction.
Required skills
- Cash register operation and making change.
- Basic math for transaction handling.
