Floating Leasing Professional – Seattle

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Floating Leasing Professional to support its communities in Seattle and Everett. The role involves driving leasing activity, ensuring resident satisfaction, and helping achieve occupancy and revenue targets across multiple properties.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct prospect outreach, schedule and lead both virtual and in‑person apartment tours.
• Manage the move‑in process to deliver a seamless experience for new residents.
• Perform market research on comparable properties to inform marketing and advertising strategies.
• Plan and execute community events to enhance resident engagement.
• Follow up with prospects via phone and email and utilize social media and online platforms to market available units.
• Assist with lease renewals and respond to resident inquiries and concerns.

Required profile

• Previous sales or customer‑service experience with a positive, can‑do attitude.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to complete legal leasing documents.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with property‑management software such as Yardi or One Site (preferred).
