About the role

Greystar is seeking a Floating Leasing Professional to support multiple communities in the Brookside area. This entry‑level position rotates between locations, handling leasing, resident satisfaction, and renewal activities while working independently with minimal supervision.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct tours, qualify prospects, process applications, and manage lease sign‑ups to meet occupancy and revenue targets.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate with maintenance, and ensure apartments are ready for new residents.
• Develop and execute short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, including resident referral programs and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Use property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record leasing activity, and maintain resident data.
• Maintain show‑unit standards, prepare the leasing office daily, and handle resident inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Support lease renewal efforts by preparing renewal packages, contacting residents early, and ensuring timely execution of renewal documents.

Required profile

• Entry‑level candidate eligible for incentive‑based bonuses.
• Dependable self‑starter able to work independently and float across multiple properties.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a golf cart on property.

Required skills

• Experience with property management software such as OneSite or Yardi.
• Familiarity with internet marketing tools (Craigslist, Facebook, email).
