Floating Housekeeper – San Antonio Area

About the role

Greystar is seeking a reliable Floating Housekeeper to maintain the cleanliness and presentation of vacant apartments, leasing offices, and community amenities in the San Antonio area. This position supports the make‑ready process and helps keep properties market‑ready for prospective residents.

Key responsibilities

• Clean leasing office, clubhouse, common‑area restrooms, model units, amenities, and vacant apartments daily or as directed.
• Refresh vacant and show units throughout the day to ensure market‑ready appeal.
• Assist the Service Manager, Community Manager, or Assistant Manager with additional make‑ready tasks.
• Report any hazards or unsafe conditions to the appropriate supervisor.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request re‑orders when needed.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on the property.
• Ability to stand, walk, sit for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, climbing ladders, reaching, carrying objects, and crawling in confined spaces.
• Capability to work in all weather conditions and lift up to 25 lb independently (50 lb with assistance).
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and to respond to occasional calls.
