About the role
The Fleet Inventory Analyst is a remote member of the Logistics Team supporting the entire United States. The role blends analytical insight with hands‑on inventory control to optimize asset utilization, ensure field readiness, and maintain compliance with company standards.
Key responsibilities
- Manage territory and area inventory assets, including instruments, implants, and loaner kits.
- Maintain accurate records of product placements, movements, and usage per company policies.
- Coordinate with distribution centers and field teams to track loaner kit utilization.
- Analyze inventory levels and usage data to identify efficiencies and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare quarterly and annual reports on deployments, stock withdrawals, freight analysis, and courier usage.
- Support sales forecasting and deployment planning through utilization analysis.
- Develop dashboards tracking inventory turns, excess & obsolete (E&O), and utilization rates.
- Partner with Sales, Logistics, and Operations leadership to align inventory with utilization goals.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, operations management, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in inventory analysis, inventory control, logistics, or supply chain roles, preferably in medical devices or healthcare.
