Financial Support Specialist for FMS Operations

About the role

Join Cor‑Vanama Solutions' Financial Management Service team in St Joseph, MN, to support participants of Minnesota Department of Human Services programs. This full‑time, hourly position focuses on accurate financial processing, budget monitoring, and compassionate customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Process and reconcile time entries and invoices with high accuracy.
• Maintain accounts receivable and payable records.
• Review, monitor, and assist participants with their budgets and plans.
• Identify discrepancies, research information, and ensure records are complete.
• Provide electronic timesheet support and answer related queries.
• Communicate regularly with participants, employees, providers, and professionals via phone and email.
• Perform general accounting and administrative functions following established procedures.
• Organize daily work, meet deadlines, and keep accurate records.
