Financial Operations Specialist

About the role

Ocean Spray is hiring a Financial Operations Specialist to support Grower Finance functions, including payment processing, equity transactions, tax reporting, and contract administration. The hybrid role is based at the corporate headquarters in Lakeville, MA with remote work on Mondays and Fridays.

Key responsibilities

• Support or execute payment‑related activities for Ocean Spray’s Grower‑Owners.
• Support or execute equity transactions for Grower‑Owners.
• Participate in preparation, issuance, and reconciliation of tax and governance activities.
• Maintain and update financial contract information.
• Respond to grower‑owner inquiries with timely financial and equity information.
• Assist with proprietary software maintenance, updates, and user acceptance testing.
• Engage with the Grower community to resolve issues and educate on the cooperative model.
• Assist with accounting tasks, including cash and equity account reconciliations.

Required profile

• Excellent technical skills with strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, organizational and communication abilities; capable of communicating across all levels.
• Results‑oriented with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to understand and translate legal documents into transactional details.
• Ability to prioritize work in a time‑sensitive, multi‑tasking environment.
• Dependable, adaptable, and willing to learn; high judgment, discretion and confidentiality.
• Strong customer service skills.
