Financial Counseling Role – Change Healthcare

About the role

The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) is seeking a dedicated professional to assist with financial counseling within the Change Healthcare (CW) finance operations team. This position supports the department’s mission to improve patient care through effective financial guidance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide financial counseling and support to internal stakeholders.
• Assist the CW CORE RI FIN Ops Counselors in day‑to‑day financial operations.
• Ensure compliance with UAMS policies, including vaccination requirements and legal work authorization.
• Maintain accurate documentation and upload all required application materials to the UAMS career site.

Required profile

• Must be fully vaccinated against Covid‑19 or have an approved medical or religious exemption.
• Proof of legal authority to work in the United States on the first day of employment.
• Qualifications as defined by the contracting company.
