Financial Consultant – New York

About the role

The Financial Consultant plays a critical role in our debt settlement firm by handling warm inbound leads and qualifying potential clients struggling with debt. You will conduct discovery calls, uncover financial pain points, verify income, and prepare detailed analyses to support senior sales representatives.

Key responsibilities

• Engage warm inbound leads through discovery calls to identify debt relief needs.
• Build rapport and gather key financial details to qualify opportunities.
• Prepare clear financial analyses and hand‑off summaries for senior reps.
• Ensure quality hand‑offs to achieve strong close rates.
• Comply with all legal and documentation standards.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Required profile

• Strong work ethic with excellent time‑management skills.
• Ability to listen, apply feedback, and solve problems critically.
• Desire to grow and become a top producer.
• Exceptional reading and speaking abilities.
• Sales or professional phone experience is beneficial.
• Bachelor's or associate degree preferred.
