Financial Analyst

About the role

The Financial Analyst will support financial planning and analysis for key product lines manufactured at the Florence facility, driving monitoring, reporting, planning and forecasting of business financial health.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare annual business plans, quarterly forecasts and monthly result analyses for assigned product areas.
• Measure financial results against plans, analyze variances and produce variance analysis reports for commercial decision‑making.
• Utilize advanced analytical tools to simulate cost and profitability scenarios and provide transparent insights to stakeholders.
• Automate standard processes and perform complex data mining using customized solutions.
• Partner with value‑stream leaders on cost‑reduction projects and track standard cost development for lead products.
• Use SAP CO & PA modules for business controlling and continuously improve related processes.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Business, Finance or Information Systems with at least 2 years of manufacturing experience, or a Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting with at least 4 years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical, presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across functions and management levels.

Required skills

• Advanced MS Excel (including Macros) and other MS Office applications.
• Experience with SQL databases, VBA and big‑data languages (preferred).
• Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP/BI systems, especially SAP CO & PA modules.
