Financial Analyst

About the role

Candidate will be responsible for all financial matters related to assigned customer accounts, including invoicing, forecasting, accruals, and ad‑hoc reporting. The role also provides internal finance teams with monthly and annual revenue projections, performs account reconciliations, and ensures accounts remain in good financial standing.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all financial activities for assigned accounts and act as liaison between business teams and FP&A.
• Manage customer billing, pricing, invoicing, and out‑of‑pocket (pass‑through) cost tracking.
• Maintain records of billed and unbilled project amounts and ensure accurate revenue recognition.
• Produce monthly forecasts, accrual reports, and ad‑hoc financial analyses.
• Reconcile out‑of‑pocket costs, prepaid balances, and monthly billing statements.

Required profile

• Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• 2+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or related analytical roles.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to navigate complex situations, prioritize tasks, and work both independently and collaboratively.
