Finance Services Engagement Manager

About the role

Infosys is seeking a senior Operations Manager to lead finance services engagements for its Houston clients. The role combines strategic account management, solution development, and people leadership to drive revenue growth and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities within existing and prospective client accounts.
• Develop proposals, Statements of Work (SOWs) and business solutions in partnership with Procurement, Legal, Finance and Delivery teams.
• Assess customer business requirements and align Infosys capabilities to deliver value‑driven solutions.
• Lead executive meetings, client visits, governance reviews and serve as the primary point of contact for portfolio performance, escalations and risk mitigation.
• Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and implement service‑improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Delivery Management, Finance, Legal and Service Line leadership to resolve concerns and improve account performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing senior client relationships across multiple business functions.
• Strong leadership and people‑management skills, including coaching, mentoring and performance management.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and coordinate recruiting activities for senior‑level positions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
