Finance & Insurance Executive – Southeast Michigan

About the role

Zurich is seeking a Finance & Insurance Executive to support sales efforts in the Southeast Michigan territory. The role offers the chance to leverage sales and marketing expertise within the automotive sector while driving growth and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Prospecting new business opportunities and promoting Finance & Insurance products to large automotive dealers.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Managing and growing the assigned territory to achieve profitability and exceed sales targets.
• Conducting sales presentations in‑person or via Microsoft Teams.
• Collaborating with field team members to ensure seamless implementation of programs and products.
• Working remotely in an entrepreneurial environment to increase market share.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of experience in dealership finance or sales leadership, or high school diploma with 4+ years of experience.
• Must reside within the required Southeast Michigan territory.

Required skills

• Proficiency with automotive software and technology platforms.
• Experience using Microsoft Teams for virtual presentations.
• Ability to analyze financial statements.
