Finance and Insurance Executive – Los Angeles

About the role

Zurich is seeking a Finance & Insurance Executive to drive sales of F&I products for automotive dealers across California and surrounding areas. The role is remote‑first, supporting the Los Angeles office.

Key responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships with large franchised automotive dealers to generate new F&I business and referrals.
• Support dealer performance through training, development initiatives, and ongoing communication.
• Attend conferences, seminars and training events to promote Zurich’s offerings.
• Respond to evolving technology and IT requirements of dealer accounts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of sales experience, or high school diploma with 4+ years of sales experience.
• Strong knowledge of sales principles, techniques and terminology.
• Experience training dealership staff and understanding of dealership technology.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of finance and insurance products.
• Familiarity with warranty claim processes.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple dealer accounts.
