Finance Analyst – Anaplan COE Model Builder

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Finance Analyst to join its Anaplan Center of Excellence (COE). The analyst will support best‑practice development, proof‑of‑concept initiatives, and ongoing model enhancements within the FP&A systems landscape.

Key responsibilities

• Execute manual and model updates in Anaplan based on user requests, with guidance from senior COE members.
• Gather requirements for small to medium‑sized enhancements, documenting solutions and collaborating with technical teams.
• Test updates and enhancements to ensure functionality, usability, and data quality.
• Assist with training, documentation, prioritization, and delivery of Anaplan implementation tasks.
• Develop and maintain Anaplan‑based models and dashboards, contributing to business process improvements.
• Stay current on Anaplan platform updates, industry best practices, and related data‑modeling techniques.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (IT, finance, or related discipline).
• Experience gathering requirements and supporting FP&A system enhancements.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
