Field Service Technician – Device Deployment

About the role

IntePros is looking for a Field Service Technician to join its nationwide deployment team. The role involves travelling across the Southern United States to support device installations at plasma collection centres, handling equipment movement, site preparation and documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Travel extensively to assigned plasma centres and assist with scheduled equipment deployments.
• Prepare work areas, relocate existing equipment, stage devices and organise supplies for installations.
• Coordinate with centre personnel, vendors and internal deployment teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Complete deployment paperwork, track equipment status and verify inventory.
• Provide on‑site support to third‑party vendors and perform basic equipment checks.
• Maintain safe, organised work environments and follow all safety and quality procedures.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in field service, logistics, warehousing, healthcare, manufacturing, military operations or similar hands‑on environments preferred.
• Strong reliability, attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Physical ability to lift, move and stage equipment.
