Field Service Representative – Crop Insurance

About the role

Zurich Insurance Company Ltd. is seeking a Field Service Representative for its RCIS division to manage crop insurance accounts in Virginia, Maryland, and Delaware. This remote position includes a company‑provided vehicle and requires the candidate to reside within the territory.

Key responsibilities

• Drive profitable growth by selling a broad suite of RCIS solutions and managing the existing portfolio.
• Develop business plans based on agents’ models, identify opportunities, and retain and grow market share.
• Educate agents on RCIS products, provide consultation, and lead training sessions.
• Identify new products/services, address processing issues, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of sales experience, or high school diploma with 8+ years, or Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice with 6+ years.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Required skills

• Sales and account management expertise in the insurance sector.
• Ability to train agents on products and software.
