Field Service Professional

About the role

Join Vivint Smart Home, an NRG‑owned leader in connected home technology, as a Field Service Professional in Ardmore, OK. You will be the face of the brand, installing cutting‑edge smart home devices and offering customers tailored upgrades to enhance safety and convenience.

Key responsibilities

• Install, service, and troubleshoot security cameras, smart locks, and home automation systems at customer residences.
• Assess each home on‑site, recommend and sell equipment upgrades or service enhancements.
• Educate homeowners on system operation to ensure they feel confident and protected.
• Maintain safety assessments for every job and adhere to company safety standards.

Required profile

• Customer‑first attitude with strong integrity and rapport‑building skills.
• Sales mindset; experience in retail, B2C sales, insurance or service sales is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and ability to pass background and licensing checks.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lb, climb ladders, work in attics and varied weather conditions.

Required skills
