About the role

Join Vivint Smart Home as a Field Service Professional, installing cutting‑edge smart home technology and offering on‑site upgrades to provide customers with peace of mind.

Key responsibilities

• Install, service, and troubleshoot security cameras, smart locks, and home automation systems.
• Assess customer homes and recommend equipment upgrades or service enhancements.
• Educate homeowners on system use and safety features.

Required profile

• Customer‑first attitude with strong integrity and rapport‑building skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.
• Ability to pass background screening and licensing requirements.

Required skills

• Experience or aptitude in installing security cameras, smart locks, or home automation devices.
• Physical ability to climb ladders, lift up to 50 lb, and work in attics and varied weather conditions.
