About the role
Allow your passion for improving lives to shine in this role where you’ll be responsible for customer relationship management through the effective use of technical knowledge to install, troubleshoot, service, and maintain equipment at customer sites. You will provide exceptional customer service, understand the customer’s business, and generate service revenue.
Key responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by adhering to entitlements, setting clear expectations, and meeting arrival commitments.
- Perform all administrative duties within Philips, State, and Federal regulatory requirements, including timesheets, work orders, expense reports, field change orders, preventative maintenance, and installation documentation.
- Utilize tools, support resources, and escalation processes to resolve customer and system problems in a timely manner.
- Complete preventative maintenance, field change orders, installations, and diagnose/resolve electronic, network, and mechanical issues.
- Travel approximately 70% of the time across the geography, with average daily driving of 1‑4 hours and occasional overnight stays.
Required profile
- 1+ years experience in diagnostic imaging service or 3+ years in electromechanical industries; preferred experience in Image Guided Therapy equipment.
- Associate Degree in electronics or equivalent; BSEE/BSEET/BSME/BSMET preferred.
- Ability to understand and apply electronic, mechanical, and networking theory to install, diagnose, and repair equipment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime, weekends, and on‑call rotations, and to safely handle radiation sources.
