Field Sales Merchandising Representative – Downtown & Northeast LA

About the role

Basemakers is seeking a full‑time, outside field sales and merchandising representative to cover the Downtown Los Angeles and Northeast Los Angeles territory. You will be the brand’s on‑the‑ground advocate, visiting grocery stores daily to boost in‑store presence and drive sales.

Key responsibilities

• Visit 6‑8 grocery stores per day (e.g., Whole Foods, Sprouts, Erewhon, Gelson's, Ralphs, Vons).
• Merchandise and sell multiple CPG brands, ensuring optimal shelf placement and promotional execution.
• Maintain a regular route schedule, typically visiting each store 2‑3 times per month.
• Capture brand data in‑store, including photos and inventory information.
• Collaborate with store managers, brand representatives, and Basemakers’ internal teams (Brand Partner Managers, District Managers, Sales Directors).
• Work independently from your vehicle, primarily Monday‑Friday with occasional weekend make‑up days.
