Field Sales Account Executive – Asheville, NC

About the role

CooperVision is seeking a proactive Field Sales Account Executive to manage and grow its contact lens portfolio in the Asheville, NC territory. You will build strong relationships with optometrists, ophthalmologists, practice managers, and office staff to drive product education, adoption, and market share.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales targets for the assigned territory.
• Maintain a daily call cycle of 5‑7 pre‑set appointments.
• Develop and execute account business plans in partnership with the Regional Director.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email within 24 hours.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Marketing, Professional Affairs, Customer Service, and Operations.

Required profile

• Residency in or near the Asheville territory.
• Proven ability to work independently using a consultative selling approach.
• Strong time‑management and organizational skills.
• Experience navigating sales platforms and internal tools.
