Field Marketing Manager

About the role

Pallet is looking for a Field Marketing Manager to own and execute high‑impact, market‑facing programs. You will drive demand, strengthen customer relationships, and boost brand awareness through events, executive dinners, roundtables, and targeted field campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, plan, and execute field marketing programs that generate pipeline and revenue.
• Select and manage events, coordinate logistics, and partner with Sales on pre‑ and post‑event outreach.
• Create memorable attendee experiences and measure program effectiveness.
• Analyze attendee lists, pipeline data, and conversion metrics to optimize future initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align marketing activities with overall business goals.

• Enjoys the full lifecycle from strategy development to hands‑on execution and results measurement.
• Comfortable moving between big‑picture strategy and detailed operational tasks.
• Proactive, takes ownership, and can work independently in a fast‑moving environment.
• Focuses on business outcomes and can link marketing activities to pipeline and revenue.
• Open to unconventional, guerrilla, and creative marketing ideas.

What we offer

• Competitive salary range of $100,000 – $140,000 USD per year.
• Full‑time, onsite role with approximately 25% travel.
