About the role

The FedNow Go-to-Market Product Specialist joins the Federal Reserve Financial Services team to drive the launch and adoption of new FedNow features. This role bridges product, marketing, sales, and operations to ensure a seamless customer experience for real‑time payment services.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate alignment across cross‑functional teams to support successful feature launches.
• Develop clear, customer‑centric messaging and stakeholder communications for new products.
• Manage the go‑to‑market feature portfolio, coordinating launch plans and tracking deadlines.
• Represent the team at industry events, contributing to speeches, presentations, and panels.
• Organize and lead webinars and training sessions, ensuring effective delivery and follow‑up.
• Create and maintain learning resources such as guides, tutorials, FAQs, and web content.

Required profile

• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Proven ability to coordinate complex projects across multiple departments.
• Experience presenting to industry audiences and delivering training.
