Family Medicine Physician (BC/BE) – Full-Time

About the role

Join CHRISTUS Trinity Clinic, one of Texas’ largest multispecialty groups, as a Board‑Certified or Board‑Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician. This full‑time, Monday‑Friday position offers a balanced schedule (8 am‑5 pm with half‑day admin) and a modern clinic connected to an ER, radiology, and full‑service lab.

Key responsibilities

• Provide primary care to an established panel of 18‑20 patients per day.
• Collaborate with a team of six Family Medicine physicians and seven APCs.
• Utilize AI‑integrated services to streamline documentation and enhance patient care.
• Document and manage patient information using Epic EMR in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Participate in dyad leadership model alongside an administrative leader.

Required profile

• Board‑Certified or Board‑Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Commitment to a faith‑based, mission‑driven organization.
• Willingness to work full‑time onsite in Palestine, TX.
• Ability to manage a moderate patient volume while maintaining quality care.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Epic EMR.
• Experience using AI‑integrated documentation tools.
