About the role

Trustaff is looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) specialized in Medical‑Surgical care to join a 13‑week travel assignment in Palestine, Texas. The position starts on 15 June 2026 and offers a 12‑hour night shift schedule, 36 hours per week.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult patients with medical and surgical conditions.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in a fast‑paced environment.
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and document patient progress accurately.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe and effective treatment.
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Current RN license in good standing.
• Experience in Medical‑Surgical nursing preferred.
• Ability to work 12‑hour night shifts and handle a high‑volume caseload.
• Strong clinical judgment and multitasking skills.
