About the role

The Factory Quality Technician (Microbiologist) is responsible for routine microbiological evaluations of the production environment and processing systems at Nestlé’s new pet‑food manufacturing facility. You will ensure quality operations are in place, maintain documentation, and support the factory’s commitment to safety, sustainability and product excellence.

Key responsibilities

Oversee the factory Pathogen Monitoring Program.
Interact extensively with the operations group, coaching and training personnel on QA requirements and expectations.
Maintain, clean and calibrate laboratory equipment.
Collaborate with other lab associates to achieve shift, department and factory objectives.

Required profile

High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
At least 1 year of laboratory, quality assurance or food manufacturing experience.

Required skills

Microbiological testing and evaluation.
Laboratory techniques and equipment maintenance.
