Factory Manager – Pizza Production

About the role

We are seeking a Factory Manager for our Medford, WI pizza facility, home of Tombstone Pizza. The role leads a mid‑sized factory of 300‑350 employees, overseeing seven production lines that can produce up to 230 million pizzas per year.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organize and lead the factory team to achieve safety, environment, quality, cost and service objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including Total Performance Management (TPM) on all lines.
• Ensure compliance with health, food safety, regulatory requirements and local laws.
• Develop the factory management team through performance management, coaching and succession planning.
• Collaborate with peer managers, market technical, R&D, and supply‑chain functions to share best practices.

Required profile

• Undergraduate degree in Food Science, Engineering or a related field.
• At least ten years of production experience, including line‑manager roles and leading large teams.
• Demonstrated ability to lead major change projects such as new processes, start‑ups or expansions.
• Experience implementing and using TPM (minimum two years).

• Analysis of factory cost structures and cost‑optimization techniques.
