Facilities Project Manager

About the role

The Facilities Project Manager will provide full‑time project management support for existing buildings and infrastructure systems across Airbus Americas. Based in Mobile, Alabama, you will oversee the execution of construction and renovation projects, ensuring they meet Airbus standards and schedules.

Key responsibilities

• Manage facilities staff, vendors, and contractors to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Coordinate design, construction, and technical support activities for all assigned projects.
• Ensure compliance with established standards, procedures, and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with the Sr. Facilities Manager to define objectives and outcomes for facilities initiatives.
• Contribute to property decisions and develop project documentation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in facilities or construction project management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multi‑disciplinary teams and manage external partners.
• Strong understanding of building systems and infrastructure.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills in a fast‑paced industrial environment.
