About the role
Luxe Golf Bays, a cutting‑edge sports entertainment destination in Franklin, WI, is seeking a Facilities Associate to keep the venue spotless, safe, and welcoming for guests and staff.
Key responsibilities
- Complete all housekeeping tasks as directed by Operations and Facilities management.
- Adhere to safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures.
- Monitor the use and inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment in coordination with the Maintenance Department.
- Assist other departments to ensure overall facility cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
Required profile
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and stand or walk for extended periods.
- Physical capability to lift items up to 50 lb, stoop, bend, and operate in temperatures ranging from below freezing to 100 °F.
- Willingness to work holidays and weekends as needed.
- Maintain high standards of personal hygiene and professional appearance while interacting with guests.
