Experienced Meta Ads Specialist

About the role

Terravyn Homes is looking for an Experienced Meta Ads Specialist to design, launch, and scale paid social campaigns that drive qualified leads for the U.S. housing market. This fully remote position works closely with marketing and business teams to turn data into actionable acquisition strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage Meta advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram, setting audiences, budgets, placements, and creative assets.
• Create structured A/B testing plans for audiences, messaging, formats, landing pages, and conversion events.
• Monitor performance metrics, optimize for lead quality, cost efficiency, conversion rate, and ROAS.
• Track funnel performance, troubleshoot delivery, attribution, and tracking issues.
• Produce clear performance reports with insights, forecasts, and recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on offers, creative briefs, campaign calendars, and growth priorities.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns for lead generation or performance marketing.
• Strong understanding of campaign structure, bidding, budgets, audiences, retargeting, and look‑alike strategies.
• Ability to design disciplined tests and make data‑driven decisions using funnel metrics.
• Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, reporting dashboards, and spreadsheet analysis.
• Working knowledge of conversion tracking, Meta Pixel, events, attribution, and landing‑page measurement.
