About the role
Winston Support Service is looking for an experienced 360 Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. You will be responsible for end‑to‑end recruitment and client development across all specialties, helping candidates realize their true earning potential.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients to understand hiring needs.
- Source, screen, and present qualified candidates for a variety of roles.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from outreach to offer negotiation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless hiring process.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a 360 recruiter with a track record of successful placements.
- Strong client development and relationship‑building abilities.
- Ability to work across multiple specialties and industries.
