About the Position
Join Moreno Capital, a modern investment firm dedicated to discovering high-potential opportunities across public and private markets. We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide high-level support to our leadership team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Main Missions
- Calendar & Agenda Management: Proactively managing complex schedules and coordinating appointments to optimize the leadership team's time.
- Meeting Coordination: Planning, organizing, and facilitating meetings, including preparation of necessary materials and logistics.
- Communication Management: Handling professional correspondence, managing emails, and acting as a primary point of contact.
- Administrative Support: Facilitating daily office operations and managing various administrative tasks to ensure seamless workflow.
- Organizational Systems: Maintaining and improving organizational systems to enhance team efficiency and operational excellence.
Profile Required
- Proven experience in an administrative or assistant role, preferably within the finance or investment sector.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
