Executive Director

About the role

Moments Hospice is seeking an Executive Director to lead a compassionate team and shape the strategic direction of our hospice branch. You will oversee day‑to‑day operations, ensure exceptional patient experiences, and drive clinical and operational goals that support patients and families during their most vulnerable moments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans to guide operations and enhance patient care.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory policies and internal standards.
• Make critical, results‑driven decisions and set priorities aligned with organizational goals.
• Collaborate on business development, marketing strategies, and partnership initiatives.
• Utilize data analysis to identify trends, anticipate challenges, and create solutions.
• Promote continuous learning and stay current on industry trends and regulations.
• Foster a collaborative, results‑oriented work environment that empowers team members.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of hospice experience (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Healthcare Administration (required); Master’s degree a plus.
• Strong understanding of healthcare theories, concepts, and best practices, especially in hospice.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
• Proven problem‑solving, time‑management, and organizational abilities.
• Adaptable and agile in fast‑paced environments; healthcare background a plus.
