Executive Assistant to the Chief of Staff

About the role

We are looking for an Executive Assistant to support the Chief of Staff of a fast‑growing, multi‑specialty healthcare platform operating 16 clinics across Chicagoland. This role goes beyond calendar management, providing strategic logistical support that frees the Chief of Staff to focus on high‑impact decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Own and proactively manage the Chief of Staff’s calendar and inbox as an integrated system.
• Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for a multi‑site organization.
• Lead ad‑hoc operational projects such as market research, vendor evaluations, and internal process design.
• Filter information, prioritize requests, and act as a force‑multiplier to ensure critical issues receive timely attention.
• Prepare meeting materials, follow up on action items, and ensure commitments are tracked and fulfilled.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience supporting a senior executive in a fast‑moving environment.
• Sharp, low‑ego attitude with a genuine desire to be useful.
• Excellent written communication skills; ability to turn rough requests into clear documents quickly.
• Comfortable working across multiple functions such as clinical operations, recruiting, payer relations, and real‑estate.
