Event Marketing Manager

About the role

Rilla is seeking an Event Marketing Manager to partner with the Head of Events and deliver high‑impact gatherings, from flagship conferences to regional activations and internal offsites. The role directly drives revenue, deepens customer relationships, and strengthens the brand.

Key responsibilities

• Execute large‑scale Rilla‑hosted events, handling venue coordination, vendor management, production timelines and run‑of‑show.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to align events with GTM goals and revenue impact.
• Manage event promotion, attendee communications, and sponsor/partner coordination.
• Track event performance, refine playbooks, and maximize ROI.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in event marketing, event production, or marketing operations, preferably in a B2B or high‑growth environment.
• Strong organizational and detail‑oriented mindset, able to keep complex projects on track.
• Collaborative approach with ability to work across multiple teams while managing timelines and budgets.
• Bias toward action, comfortable handling both strategic planning and tactical execution.
