Event & Lifestyle Coordinator

About the role

The Lifestyle Coordinator creates and delivers engaging programs, events, and experiences that enhance resident life, foster community connections, and support retention and occupancy goals. Working closely with the Community Manager and Sales Consultants, the role also assists with prospect engagement, resident onboarding, and move‑in coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Greet prospects and residents, assist with tours, manage phone calls and service requests.
• Maintain guest suite, loading dock/elevator schedules, and package delivery notifications.
• Ensure amenities are ready for resident use and develop innovative events and programs.
• Maintain local area information, build relationships with vendors and local businesses, and provide recommendations.
• Manage resident communications, create monthly calendars, newsletters, flyers, and social media content.
• Support sales and marketing standards, manage approved budgets, and handle breakfast service setup and takedown.

Required profile

• Strong organizational skills, creativity, attention to detail, and passion for resident experience.
• Ability to work collaboratively with community staff and external partners.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Canva for creating marketing materials.
