EV Sales Consultant

About the role

Ever is an AI-native auto retail platform focused on electric vehicles, with its headquarters in San Francisco and a nationwide presence. It is hiring a full-time EV Sales Consultant who works onsite in San Francisco. The role is commission-based, with an OTE of $70,000 to $150,000.

Key responsibilities

• Guide customers through the EV buying journey, in person and remotely
• Respond to inbound leads and follow up with prospects
• Conduct test drives and product demonstrations, and drive vehicles between showroom and storage lots
• Educate customers on EV technology, incentives, charging and ownership costs
• Closely work with the BDC, Finance and Delivery teams, and give Product and Ops feedback on customer needs and objections
• Maintain accurate CRM records and manage the pipeline
• Represent the brand on the showroom floor and close deals against monthly volume and revenue targets

Required profile

• 1 to 5+ years of automotive or consultative sales experience
• Valid driver's license and a clean, acceptable driving record
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Comfortable selling in person and digitally, with strong follow-up discipline
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods, and to lift, carry, push or pull up to 25 pounds occasionally

Required skills

• CRM tools such as VinSolutions or eLead
• Digital retail platforms and e-signature tools
• Managing leads across multiple channels and strong written communication (email and SMS)
• Basic understanding of financing workflows is a plus
