ETF Strategist – Thematic & Specialty Equity

About the role

The Thematic & Specialty ETF Strategist will use deep capital‑markets knowledge to shape macro views and product positioning for institutional clients and financial advisors. You will collaborate across product development, portfolio management, sales, and marketing to grow Invesco’s ETF lineup.

Key responsibilities

• Drive growth of the thematic and specialty equity ETF product line in partnership with cross‑functional teams.
• Build and reinforce the Invesco ETF brand by presenting at industry conferences, media interviews, webinars, and sponsored events.
• Develop and manage product insights, training, competitive analysis, and performance commentaries in coordination with Marketing.
• Partner with Sales to execute distribution strategies and participate in client meetings.
• Monitor macro market conditions, formulate asset‑class views, and translate them into actionable investment ideas.
• Identify new product opportunities and assess existing products for enhancement.

Required profile

• 10+ years of investment‑management or research experience with a strong understanding of equity markets.
• Extensive ETF and/or index product knowledge and relevant industry experience.
• Excellent written communication, oral presentation, and analytical abilities.
• Proven track record presenting effectively to corporate, client, and industry audiences.
• Strong interpersonal skills, collaborative mindset, and ability to build relationships at all levels.
• Self‑directed professional capable of setting objectives and working independently.
