Escrow Assistant – Pasadena Office

About the role

Join Independence Title, a subsidiary of Anywhere Integrated Services, as an Escrow Assistant in the Pasadena office serving the Houston area. You will play a key part in coordinating information and processing tasks to ensure smooth real‑estate closings for residential and commercial transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and organize documentation needed to finalize home sales.
• Manage end‑to‑end escrow processing, including front‑end, curative work for Schedule C, preparation of CDs/HUDs, and post‑closing/funding activities.
• Review contracts and commitments to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Communicate professionally with customers and co‑workers, both verbally and in writing.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years escrow experience covering both front‑end and back‑end tasks.
• Strong attention to detail, organized work style, and a solution‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Experience with RamQuest system (preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, especially Outlook.
