About the role
Join the Cleveland Clinic Neurological Institute as a Team Lead in Environmental Services, supporting a new state‑of‑the‑art 15‑floor facility that consolidates outpatient, surgical, ICU, and rehabilitation services for complex neurological care.
Key responsibilities
- Train new caregivers on floor care, wall washing, carpet cleaning, and special procedures.
- Clean patient rooms and assigned areas daily, including trash removal, linen changes, and surface sanitization.
- Follow isolation policies and stock paper items and supplies as needed.
- Maintain cleaning carts and equipment in good condition and store them properly after shifts.
Required profile
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with others while coordinating multiple tasks.
Required skills
- Experience in Environmental Services (preferred).
- Leadership or work‑direction experience (preferred).
