About the role

Acceler8 Talent is seeking an ambitious Entry Level Candidate Consultant to join its Boston technology recruitment team. You will focus on sourcing, engaging and managing top‑tier talent across cutting‑edge sectors such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, hardware acceleration, silicon photonics and quantum computing.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and source high‑quality technology candidates through multiple channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from initial interview to final offer.
• Collaborate with experienced Business Development Consultants to meet client hiring needs.
• Deliver measurable results that contribute to client satisfaction and business growth.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or early‑career professional with a strong interest in technology recruitment.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Self‑motivated, ambitious and eager to develop a career in a fast‑growing sector.
