About the role

American Income Life is growing its remote team and is hiring a full-time, flexible-entry-level Benefits & Client Support Representative. You will connect with clients virtually, explain the benefits available to them and give ongoing support. No previous experience is needed: the company provides comprehensive training, mentorship and chances to move into leadership roles.

Key responsibilities

• Meet clients virtually to discuss the benefit options available to them
• Help families understand and enroll in eligible programs
• Deliver excellent customer service and build lasting client relationships
• Coordinate appointments and keep accurate client records
• Follow a proven system with guidance from experienced mentors
