Entry Level Recruitment Consultant – Graduate Recruiter

About the role

Join a fast‑growing specialist recruitment firm in Austin as a Graduate Recruiter/Researcher. You will receive hands‑on training, work alongside experienced consultants, and start building a professional network from day one while earning a competitive base salary and commission.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, engage and build relationships with specialist candidates across renewable energy, infrastructure, engineering and data‑center markets.
• Use LinkedIn, recruitment platforms, networking and market research to source talent.
• Support senior consultants on active searches and contribute to live vacancies from the start.
• Understand candidates’ career goals, experience and motivations to match them with opportunities.
• Develop commercial and consulting skills through practical coaching.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; recent or upcoming graduates are welcome.
• Strong communication skills and confidence to start conversations with new people.
• Goal‑oriented mindset with an interest in a commercially focused career.
• Excellent organization and time‑management abilities to handle multiple conversations and priorities.
• Curiosity, resilience and a willingness to learn; prior recruitment experience is not required.

Required skills

What we offer

• $45,000 base salary with first‑year earning potential of $75,000–$85,000.
