Entry-Level IT Technician – Remote Support

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Fast Team IT Technician. In this role you will provide remote support to clients over the phone, chat, and email, ensuring clear communication and timely issue resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑level support for workstations, servers, printers, networks and vendor‑specific hardware/software.
• Deliver remote IT assistance on Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365 and DNS.
• Create and terminate user accounts, install applications, and set up printers.
• Monitor alerts from the remote monitoring and management system and respond via service tickets.
• Maintain system documentation in ConnectWise and IT Glue.
• Communicate professionally with clients, delivering exceptional service.

Required profile

• Basic understanding of system troubleshooting and a customer‑centric mindset.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to listen actively.
• Self‑motivated, able to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast‑changing environment.
• Willingness to recognize when escalation is needed.
• Possession of an A+ or equivalent certification.
