Level 2 Onsite Technician

About the role

Digacore is looking for a Level 2 Onsite Technician who will split time between on‑site support at the client Artscroll in Rahway, NJ, and remote help‑desk duties for Digacore’s broader portfolio. You will act as the senior technician on‑site, handling day‑to‑day requests and complex escalations, while also providing remote assistance during off‑site weeks.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver day‑to‑day IT support: password resets, user provisioning, printer setup, workstation troubleshooting, Office and Outlook issues.
• Own and resolve escalated incidents across workstations, servers, networking, and cloud environments both onsite and remotely.
• Manage Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, DNS, and DHCP services.
• Create and modify Group Policy Objects and Intune/MDM policies.
• Configure enterprise firewalls, handle port forwarding, ACLs, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, VPN, router and switch issues.
• Maintain SharePoint and file‑server permissions, and manage user access and security.
• Monitor systems, investigate alerts, and ensure stability and performance.
• Document work in ConnectWise and IT Glue, and communicate status to end users and C‑level executives.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of hands‑on IT support experience, preferably in an MSP environment.
• Strong troubleshooting ability across Windows Server, Microsoft 365, and end‑user platforms.
• Experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPOs, and Intune/MDM.
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals and firewall configuration.
• Excellent communication skills and a client‑first mindset.
