Entry-Level Full-Desk Recruiter

About the role

We are looking for a motivated, detail‑oriented Full‑Desk Recruiter to join our fast‑paced agency team. This entry‑level position balances candidate sourcing with client development, offering exposure to the complete recruitment lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute end‑to‑end recruitment processes aligned with company policies and client needs.
• Source, screen, interview, and present candidates to clients.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews, preparing questions and materials.
• Generate leads, conduct outreach, and maintain long‑term client relationships.
• Serve as a subject‑matter expert on sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, and job boards.
• Communicate hiring decisions, negotiate offers, and influence outcomes.
• Manage multiple recruiting projects and time‑sensitive searches in a matrixed environment.

Required profile

• 0–2 years of agency recruiting experience, preferably full‑desk.
• Preferably experience in Financial Services or Banking.
• Strong communication, organizational, and client‑facing abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple searches and relationships simultaneously.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and within a team.
• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources or Recruiting.
